Shaoxing China 浙江 绍兴越路
Capacity: 2 lines X each 1000 tpd of thermal blocks & bricks18 different products
Technology: Soft extrusion, single layer drying
Fuel: 15% by natural gas and 85% by coal mixed with clay
Quantity: Complete line, including tunnel kiln with width at 9 m
Situation: 1 line in production, the other to be constructed.
Feature1: 85% by waste clay from construction site & silt clay/mud from river clean out
Feature2: Approved as the only China national non waste city sample project from China brick industry. Zhejiang provincial key project
Products: 18 different blocks and bricks products with nice quality
